We publish our price because it's the first thing you want to know, and because most companies in this industry make you sit through an in-home pitch before they'll say a number out loud. Here's the math instead:

• A typical 2-car garage is 400 to 550 square feet, so $3,200 to $4,400.
• A large 2-car runs about 650 square feet, around $5,200.
• Most 3-car garages land between 750 and 875 square feet, so $6,000 to $7,000.
• Bigger garage, basement, patio, or shop? Same math. Measure your space and multiply by eight.

What the $8 Covers

• Concrete moisture testing before every job
• Concrete hardness testing to confirm the right surface prep level
• A moisture barrier and primer when the pre-test data calls for it
• Diamond grinding of the full slab (we never acid etch)
• Crack and chip filling and repair, then more grinding
• Polyurea base coat
• Your choice of flake blend and size, broadcast wall to wall
• UV-stable polyaspartic top coat
• Anti-slip additive on exterior surfaces, free
• Pictures and videos before, during, and after
• All materials, labor, and cleanup

We take pictures and videos of everything before, during, and after, so we can show we left your garage in better condition than we found it. We don't leave until we've shown you the finished floor. And we don't upsell anything. We don't down sell anything.

Scheduling and Payment

A 10 percent deposit locks your install date. The balance is due when the floor is done and you've walked it with us. We take card, check, and Venmo.

One more thing. Our price is our price. We're not the cheapest coating company along the Wasatch Front and we're not trying to be. We'd rather be the one that answers the phone, shows up on time, and backs the floor with our Forever Floor warranty for as long as you own your home and we are in business. If a lower bid wins your job, no hard feelings at all.
